Seeking Public Health Professionals for TB Case Management Interviews
The Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University is working with the New England Rural Health Association and the Massachusetts Office of Rural Health to gather insights from public health professionals in rural settings. The project aims to identify areas of success, innovation, and challenges in managing active tuberculosis (TB) in resource-constrained environments. Through this initiative, the team hopes to compile best practices, tools, and models for TB case management that can be shared with rural health departments, allowing them to rapidly respond when active TB cases are identified.
The Rollins School is specifically looking for public health professionals who work in rural or local health departments where fewer than 40 hours of staff time per week are devoted to active TB management.
Interviews will be conducted via Zoom and are expected to take 30-45 minutes.
Participants will also gain access to a Resource Library containing valuable tools and resources collected throughout the project to aid in TB case management.
